Alpha8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User") and Alpha8 ("Company", "we") in connection with your use of the online casino platform operated under the domain alpha8.ws. This document takes effect from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.

By accessing, registering, logging in, making a deposit, or using any of our services Alpha8, you immediately agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, responsible gaming rules, and all promotional guidelines available on our platform. This acceptance is comprehensive and cannot be applied selectively.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use Alpha8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. alpha8 does not permit underage individuals to participate in any form of gambling.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list maintained by any regulatory body.
• Not representing any legal entity or company when registering a personal account.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful.

Alpha8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of your identification document (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 business days may result in your account being suspended until compliance is fulfilled.

3Account Management & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your alpha8 account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential. alpha8 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or WhatsApp.

3.1 User Security Responsibilities

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify Alpha8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to your first withdrawal, or when otherwise required, Alpha8 reserves the right to request full identity verification. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, a recent utility bill (no older than 3 months), and a Malaysian bank statement. This KYC process is an industry standard and is designed to protect all parties.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Alpha8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via the following approved Malaysian payment methods:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, the KYC process must be completed in full.
• Alpha8 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected.
• Processing times: standard members 15–60 minutes; VIP Gold members 30 minutes; VIP Platinum 15 minutes; VIP Diamond 5 minutes.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Alpha8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly VIP cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions tied to football leagues or Malaysian festivities. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirements: Each deposit bonus requires a minimum rollover of 5x to 15x the bonus value (depending on the bonus type) before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at any given time. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined simultaneously unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute fully towards rollover requirements. Please refer to the game contribution table in the specific bonus terms section.
• Bonus Verification: Alpha8 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse is detected, including bonus hunting, duplicate accounts, or bet coordination.

6Game Rules

The Alpha8 platform offers a wide range of games including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, poker, football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international leagues), progressive jackpots, and e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, CS2, Valorant). Each game category is subject to specific rules stated on the respective game page.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• All game results are final once a round is completed. Any dispute regarding a result must be submitted within 24 hours.
• In the event of a technical issue during gameplay, Alpha8 reserves the right to cancel or refund the affected bets based on our system records.
• Bets placed during a system outage or technical issue are not guaranteed to be valid, and Alpha8 is not liable for any resulting losses.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised assistance tools is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and the player's VIP tier. These limits are subject to change and will be displayed within the relevant game interface. Alpha8 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alpha8 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communication with Alpha8.
• Money Laundering: Using the alpha8 platform as a channel for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Matched Betting: Manipulating bonuses in a manner that goes against the spirit of the promotion.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or operating more than one account, whether directly or indirectly through a proxy.
• Use of Bots or Third-Party Software: Using any software, script, or tool to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• System Disruptions: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate Alpha8's systems constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating a new account solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to play.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Alpha8 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. All information you provide is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our detailed Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).

All communications between your device and alpha8's servers are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your bank card or e-wallet details are not stored on our servers — all transactions are processed directly through licensed payment gateways. 9Responsible Gaming

Alpha8 takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to ensuring all members play responsibly. A range of self-control tools are available through your account settings:

• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a given period to prevent overspending.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Alpha8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons without prior notice in serious cases:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or legal authority.
• A voluntary request by the user to close their own account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, Alpha8 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements. For voluntary closures, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded upon completion of the review process within 7 business days.

11Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The alpha8 platform is provided "as is" and alpha8 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of our platform.

Alpha8 is not liable for failures of third-party systems, including payment service providers (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), game providers, or internet infrastructure. Any third-party disruptions affecting your transactions will be addressed on a best-effort basis.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Alpha8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from users. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this website or you are notified via your registered email.

Your continued use of the Alpha8 platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the current version in effect.
